DSI XL HELP NEEDED

Hi all i need some advice its my son's 4th birthday next Saturday and he wants a DSI the same as his brother, i was just wondering if im better off getting him the xl one or the normal one, im not getting the 3d one as i feel hes too young, also where is the best place to get this we do not need any games with it as he has most of the ones he needs.

Any help gratefully received many thanks x

We got the kids these at xmas and feel that for little eyes they are way better than the smaller versions :)

DSi-XL is tooooo BIG.....even for an adult....my son had an XL and I found it just too big for me......and so did he after a wbile........if he`s 4 normal DSi would be more than adequate

Also I have a 3DS and is amazing....some people moan re the 3D but it can be adbjusted to suite your eyes and even turned off and like it says on the tin don`t play it for hours...pretty much like any console

Nice price geegee-pinata beat me by 4quid, hopefully both of us can beat that lot from the eastend by 4 points at the end of the season WATP :)

Thanks just ordered him the green one been thinking about it all day, i do agree that the screen is better for a little one, i went into game and picked it up, doesnt feel any heavier than the dsi to me, hopefully he will love it, thanks everyone for your help, the screen size and battery life swayed me x
