Can anyone recommend somewhere to get one. Also whatever else I need so that I can download the games. I really don't have a clue about it all but don't really want to pay much more than the dealextreme price (around £10 for the card and reader).
Thanks so much for your help. Links would really be appreciated.

Is it easy to use? Do I need a card reader or just this? Basically can this just be plugged into my laptop and then straight into my DS?

tttds are easy to use. The sofware can be downloaded from the site. You need a usb card reader to plug onto the laptop.

Teamsonsole is only uk based company i can think off but you will pay £15 for on plus delivery.

It should come with a card reader in the box

You'll also need a micro sd memory card (from play.com etc), and the system files (easy to find)

They're really easy to use, just drag and drop, and personally i like the interface a lot more

most DS cards like this use micro-sd cards for storage and have no inbuilt memory.

as has been said, theyre simple enough to use, you just copy the loader software to the sd card on your pc, stick whatever games/homebrew apps you want on there too, put the sd card into the flash cart and away you go.

My friend has a R4 card for his DS,

As far as im aware its really simple to use. When you buy the card there should be a micro SD card that comes with it (if not should request for one...something like 4GB micro SD will be more then enough memory for you to put tons of stuff on^^). Anyway you insert the micro SD into the R4 card adaptor and all you do then is plug it into the top of your DS and BOOM!! Your away=)

When installing games onto the DS it couldnt be any easier too. You don't need to install any firmware or complex stuff like that. All you do is, put ur micro SD card into a SD card reader, plug it into your PC. Find the Roms etc that you may need. Copy Paste...and your done^^

Hope it helps:thumbsup:
