Been looking into these today as ours needs replacing.

I have seen Ultra/Premier ones being sold for under £50 and look good/very similar, but who knows.
Hudson Reed for for £80-£100 and then Bristan for £160+

Any advice what I should go for?

Don't ever buy a cheap concealed mixer. When it goes wrong and you can't get a replacement part you will need to rip the old one out, including the tiles. Brands like Mira and Triton will still be making spare parts for their showers in 20 years time.

You also find the brass is incredibly thin/poor quality on cheap mixers, and the chrome plating is unlikely to last the lifetime of the bathroom.
