Onboard video (GPU) is disabled when another is inserted via expansion and which takes priority. Which card is it and does it have any additional ports?

I have an rx 480. It has 3 display ports and 1 hdmi

Does the second monitor have a DP port? If not, swap them around or get a converter. The card can run both with ease.

Cool. Either solution will work alongside the ps4. If gaming then you really want both screens driven by the GPU.
