Any one else have any issues with dust under the screen ?

If dust is already under the screen it will no doubt get worse.

Is it dust or messed up pixels

I can't believe that it is a plastic screen, not glass!

Glass? It will break easily since kids will drop it.

It looks like dust, but could be a be a messed up pixel. I'll be sending it back to Amazon as it's too off-putting

Could be a dead pixel.

I had this in two of my 3DS consoles.

Both were accepted back as a return so for peace of mind I'd sent it back.

Not really a premium product though. And as mentioned above it's highly possible that it's a plastic screen to make it stronger as it's more of a kids console.

He's talking crap find me a monitor with a glass screen. Glass doesn't = premium :-/

Glass = heavy and easy to break, how is glass a premium product, both are transparent materials that do a job, my TV cost £500 and that doesn't have a glass screen just aswell because a pane that size would add a lot of wieght and would have gotten smashed ages ago.

Are those mocking going to mock supercars next as they are so expensive but look they are not made of metal, wood and glass so they must be rubbish

I also have dust under my screen, a rather large black dot spanning about 10 pixels. I think it's actually an imperfection in the actual plastic, as I've tried tapping on it to get it to fall.

On the phone to Nintendo now, GAME are trying to find me a replacement by checking their stock all over the UK bless their souls.
