You can't do anything ... and if u can prove it was sent and the neighbour has it its upto the company u sent it thru to chase it up..and go and collect it from them if need be x

You will need to contact collect+ as they are the courier, maybe they can go back for the parcel. If collect + confirm what neighbour definitely has it then your customer will presumably need to just go to the door again, then if they refuse to answer/argue etc get the police involved as it is now theft.

Pretty much nothing. If they don't get on with their neighbours, that's not your fault and I imagine you had no idea beforehand.

They may want to make it someone else's problem, but they'll have to deal with it.

If it was me, I'd keep trying them, but put a note through saying the courier has told me its been delivered there, and I'll be round to pick it up at X time. If they still won't give it back, remind them you have proof they signed for it and keeping someone else's mail/property is a criminal offence.

They must have accepted/ signed for it - tell buyer they're probably wanting to build bridges ,tell them the parcels there ,next door -job done as far as you are concerned :)

if there's no signature you have lost it, I once sent a tracked parcel to Germany, the guy I sent it to said he never got it, I did a track and trace on it and it said the item was in the German postal service.

He put a claim in with PayPal got his money back and I lost out, PayPal told me that the item was my responsibility until the recipient gets the item....... figure that one out !!

the buyer has paid to get it delivered to there address not a neighbors, so its still your responsibility

Tell them to ask any other neighbour if they can collect the parcel instead, seems rather strange too me that they've ev bothered you about their issues with the neighbour.
