A buyer wants to return an item within 14 days because it is too complicated for them.
I don'd mind this at all, for smaller items I just ask them to return them and I refund via PayPal but as this is a £100 item I want to go through the correct procedure so I can get my fees back.
Anyone been here before? What should I tell the buyer to do in terms of clicking on the correct Ebay buttons to open case.
I hope this does not go against me because it is not my fault, the buyer used the item but decided it was way over their head so want to return it.
