Ebuyer next day are normally Yodel or sometimes DPD

Mostly Yodel in my experience. So take it as being 3 day delivery. I find it's not worth paying for next day delivery with them.
#3
Yodel for me, they even deliver tiny items for ebuyer, like SD Cards.

And what gives you that idea? I use Ebuyer for my business daily, sometimes multiple times daily and Yodel have never let me down yet. Both their next day service and their free 5 day delivery have always been on time. And that is for hundreds and hundreds of orders over the last 6 months or so.

However, I used their one day service on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday via Parcel Force 48 so maybe due to the Yodel backlog Ebuyer may be using other couriers to make sure their customers get their items.

I find tiny/small items usually get sent via Royal Mail.

You just answered your own question. Yodel have a backlog.

At least, that's their excuse this time.

OP to answer your question just give them a call, they are very good, Ebuyer had bad reviews in the past but they have cleaned up their act lately and are very good, just give them a call and ask them who will be delivering your item.

Yeah I get you, I know their situation this time of year but can only comment on my experience, I am a regular customer of Ebuyer and 90% of their items are shipped via Yodel to my customers all over the country and have never ever had one single problem.

I hear people saying that you must have a good local delivery driver etc, but we ship our items all over the UK and everything has been on time with not one single item missing.

Ebuyer no issue with, I've spent a fortune with them and they are one of a few sites to get kept in my primary bookmarks. However Yodel are another matter entirely and one that I've found to be an

1st time - Oh sorry we didn't deliver yesterday, I couldn't find the street the Sat nav took me somewhere else. - My comment - Surely if the street name didn't match up it's a bit of a clue the sat nav is wrong.

2nd time - Guy comes into the building (appartment block) and posts the you were not in card in the letter box down stairs rather than get the lift up to deliver it to the door like he's paid to. My comment - If he had buzzed up I'd have happily walked down the stairs myself and met him. Instead I had to call a non local number on my phone to arrange re-delivery 3 days later because I was working and wanted the item when I was home.

3rd time - Guy posts it through the letter box - signs a letter on his machine and drives away. My comment - yet another delivery where someone was home. Even more infuriating the driver just decided to fraudulently suggest I or my other half had accepted the goods.

4th time - Next day delivery (not from ebuyer), turns up a day later. My comment - Makes you wonder why pay for next day delivery.

5th time - Standard delivery (again not from ebuyer). This time gets stuck in this years back log of deliveries and takes double the expected time. My comment - You wonder why I dread getting them when even when they have plenty of time to sort the delivery (3-5 days) they can't get it right. I wouldn't mind but there's not even any snow to muck things up.

Every time I order from somewhere new I worry over if it's going to be Yodel. If they could just mirror the likes of DPD then I'd have no problem. Sadly, it seems every time a delivery says their name that it's more likely when compared to any other firm to go pear shaped.

That is not good mate, I feel your frustration.

Maybe you just have a bad local delivery driver. oO

Annoyingly then it must be more than 2 bad drivers as these are both pre moving to the south and since the move and I don't think in all the orders I've had delivered by them it's ever been the same driver.

My local one is always the same driver. Obviously can't comment on the ones we send around the country. Our local driver is great, he even asks where I was if there was nobody in the first time, as if he is shocked that there was nobody in, lol.
