I recently bought an EE 12 month SIM only contract with 2GB data and voice/text unlimited allowance. I am very happy with the 4G Speed, and have no complaints.
The issue is with my data allowance, which doesn't seem to be reducing for the last few days.
For the first 10 days I could see on the my EE app, that my usage was being reflected everyday.
I tthen ported my old number from another network earlier this week, since then my allowance has gone back up to 2GB and doesn't seem to reduce at all, how much ever i download.
I am happy, cause I feel i am now getting everything unlimited for a 2GB allowance, but I also don't want to be sent a bill at the end of the month for using 4 times the data allowance.
