Assuming you'll put a website on the domain, most places throw in email as part of the package.

Otherwise you can pretty much pick any email service provider.
Cost and what's included will vary depending on what you need.
Google tends to be an easy starting point, but if you have office business 365 you should be able to add it.

Ok so email is direct in the nameservers where you host your domain. These must be change to whatever email service you want to use. I've been using fastmail.fm for many years without issue so I would recommend them. They will also give you webspace with your account so all you do is change the Nameservers to there nameservers. You will be able to set-up your email anyway you like including having multiple accounts and you can enable spam protection etc. They also have a phone app to check your email via imap and a calender function.

That wouldn't enable the OP to reply from the domain name though.

Or better yet, configure Outlook to use the host's email server to send and Gmail's to receive. Then, configure Gmail to collect mail from the host's mail server. This will give you 15GB of storage with Google whilst giving you a more professional appearance by using your own domain to send.

However, within the message it will say "[email protected] on behalf of [email protected]" - which looks pretty naff.

Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.

If the address you’re adding is hosted by Google (either a Google Apps account or a @gmail.com address), your original address will still be included in your email header's sender field to help prevent your mail from being marked as spam. Most email clients don't display the sender field, though some versions of Microsoft Outlook may display "From [email protected] on behalf of [email protected]."

Get some hosting and create email addresses via the CPanel. Then set up the email accounts in Outlook.
