Extrenal Hard Drive

I'm looking to get an external hard drive, and was looking for some pointers.

It must be available instore, as i have to have it for tomorrow, so Comet Curry's or PC World would be ideal.

Basically i was wondering if anyone could advise what to go for, as I don't know which are the reputable brand in this field, and have heard that some have softaware pre-installed which is poor

any help would be appreciated and rep will be given, thanks

I've got loads of Iomegas, been using them for years without problem. The one Maxtor I bought from PC World died completely.

Iomega stuff is brilliant. Used to have a scsi drive years ago which was solid and now have a firewire external drive which is great. Nice looking stuff aswell.
