Any recommendations for a family holiday early July. We tried Mark Warner a couple of years ago, however the cost is so high, so looking for some suggestions.

Thanks

there was a 'comp' posted a few weeks ago - cant find it now - pontins

found the tel. 0844 576 5947 and quote pw28 answer question ' what is colour of coats worn by pontins etc... answer - blue!! - they might say not available but you can upgrade for £40 -
it was for 4 days - depending on where you wanted to go and available dates - so if you sort out a few different ones you may get a good deal - especially as you want to go before school breaks up

good luck:thumbsup:

Depending where you live and want to go we used jet2.com earlier in the year. We paid £260 for two adults and a child to go to Majorca flying from Leeds/Bradford (I think they also fly from Manchester). It was self catering.

It didn't include transfers to hotel but I hired a car from the air port which cost me about £90.

You can check out their offers on www.jet2.com.

Have a look on th First Choice site :)

Have you looked on the James villas website?

They have some great last minute offers usually, and they do have some villas that are on resorts

Good luck

You dont say where you are hoping to go (abroad?) and what your budget is.

We stayed at Hotel Jupiter, Alcudia, Majorca as a family of 4, all inclusive 6 pools, air conditioned rooms, picnics available for day trips, loads of entertainment for £1100 last July - i thought this was fantastic. Saved aprox £400 off First Choice rates by booking with Hello Holidays (part of the Co-op group).

I was slightly nervous about booking online for the first time to receive such a big discount but we encountered no problems whatsoever. Only thing out of the ordinary was that we had a telephone number to ring the day before our departure to confiirm that we still required our scheduled transfer! Any questions, please ask.
