We're a family of 5 with 3 boys of 9,11 and 13. Up to now we have sneaked 5 into a 4 bed room but they're getting a bit big now!

I'm looking to pay max of around £100 per night for all 5 of us, if breakfast were included all the better.

I have done all the usual searches Laterooms, Lastminute, Expedia etc but no joy.

We're looking to go Sat Sept 1st - Mon Sept 3rd.

Any help much appreciated.

I know it's not an hotel or an apartment but have a look at:

http://www.globetrotterinns.com/find_cheap_accomodation.php

Basically they are an upmarket hostel (but not just for youths). They have double rooms ensuite, 4 sharing, 6 sharing and family rooms.

I've stayed there when I've been in London and although functional (it's in the building of the Old Royal Masonic Hospital) it is clean and comfortable. And cheap!!

They also have a kitchen where you can cook and prepare food (the fridge organisation is a bit chaotic) but there is a free breakfast included in the price of the accommodation.

It's located in Hammersmith about 2 mins from Stamford Brook tube station (zone 2). About 25 mins from the West End.

Many thanks for all your help, Docklands or London City looks like it might be a goer.
