hi i bought a ps vita 12/11/13 and my ps vita developed a fault whereby it keeps scrolling up. my ps vita has been well looked after and this fault randomly happened. i tried reseting the console and factory setting it and re updating it NOTHING.

anyway they stopped selling this model so im not sure if i could get a replacement. any ideas please

It's a worth taking it back to HMV and telling them about the fault, you have nothing to lose. Best case scenario is they replace/refund you, worst case is they do nothing.

Best bet is to phone sony and ask, I think they will prob repair it for you

if u bought it new have a look at sale of goods act

I would email HMV and attach a copy of your receipt in the email and include the sales of goods act in the email. There are Templates online Google it :)
