wonder if anyone can help. HOTUK users unusually good with random things. Has anyone had any experience with feisty pets? I am looking for contact info that actually gets me to someone that I can talk to. These toys seem in popular demand but the company’s reputation is questionable. Has anyone had an order and experiencing problems or has anyone even received anything from them and does anyone have contact information that would be of use?

I take it you mean the ones made by the William Mark Corporation, an American company founded in 1991 according to the blurb. Might be easier to contact them via Facebook;https://en-gb.facebook.com/William-Mark-Corporation-WMC-201737966553179/
Wasn't sure what problem with the company you had ?
If you are talking about the uk distribution company they are on +44 (0)845 544 3470 if that helps, but they have been out of stock for some time I understand.
Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes its the UK company. They have taken the money from me several months ago said they had stock last week and I have had nothing. The uk number goes to voicemail and they aren't answering messages. Just wondering if anyone had same problem and had a solution. I can go to bank and open a claim but to be honest I would prefer the item.

Message the manufacturer on facebook, explain the situation with their distributor and see what they suggest.

illiam Mark Corporation (WMC) Feisty Pets UK is an independent distributor who sells our toys in the UK. We are the manufacturer and do not own Feisty Pets UK. Yours is not the first complaint we have received from the UK, and we have strongly encouraged them to take care of all their customers who have preordered. If they are not doing so, we recommend that you cancel your order and place a new order through Amazon. You can try contacting them through Scott Lever ([email protected]). We are sorry you've had this experience with our products.
Found this on fb, hope it helps

I've been waiting since early September..others since July. .had every excuse under the sun..William mark corporation once again I ask for address you send goods to for feisty pets uk. .I don't want phone number as useless, and names as they deny they have anything to do with company or emails as they don't answer..its strange as you are named as being associated with the company..plus you don't just sell to wholesale as you say..

I have the same problem, i posted on their facebook page today and direct messaged them, my posts have been deleted and they have blocked me direct messaging, i paid by credit card but your not protected under 100 pounds!!

The American company wmc are not just suppliers of feisty pets uk,his name is on company..its a scam..I ordered beginning of September.I'm now blocked..They used to send automated reply but nothing now..join the site feisty pets uk is a scam..We've complained to watchdog, mirror newspaper uk,fraud,paypal..more complaints surely someone will look into it..They send occasionon all toy out or refund so new customers see that and order..mean while they delete negative posts..someone said they were fake as they were breaking easily and ones from smyths etc were alright..

That really is a *+$£, thats a problem with Facebook they can delete and ignore at their pleasure. Best thing I saw to get around this is open a new account with Facebook and put your name as 'feisty pets must read before buying'. Post you info into the about section and at least you'll save someone some future grief.

I placed an order on march 2016. I sent an email and asked where the heck is the blue dog I ordered. I got an answer like this:

"Hi,

Sorry but the blue dog did not arrive as expected, if you prefer to swap for Sir Growls-A-Lot then we can ship on Monday. Or would you prefer a refund ?

James"

I answered that swap is ok, but hurry up guys. Since then nothing has happened..
Quite irritating because my daughter keeps asking almost every day when she will get that toy :(

My order was only placed 12 days ago. Wished I had seen this thread before ordering. Sent email as there has been no sign yet after their 3-4 days delivery.

Give it two days for a response then contact the credit card company.

I bought a few a month ago, nothing delivered. Contacted the manufacturer who said to cancel the credit card transaction. they have had massive problems with this distributer, apologised, and also said they had no idea why they were taking pre-orders and not shipping them.
So guess they never had the items in stock to send out. Maybe using the funds to order more stock? Anyway contacted VISA and refund in process.

I ordered 2 sneekums which I haven't received (15 September)..I know of 2 sites that have been set up L5 feisty pets are a scam..hundreds of people not received products..he has 8 different products on the go,the main one on the go at the minute is suprella pro brollies which he's doing exactly the same, taking money and no product..(sends a few out so new customers see this and buy)..so I have been posting on this site about him being scammer (I have been blocked on feisty pets uk,which he's shut down, blocked on emails,)..now after posting on the brollies site I'm being offered a refund, whether it happens we will see..the name you need is scott lever..[email protected]

Bought, and PAID for with CC, waited a month, emailed and no joy. Gave benefit of doubt, reordered. STILL no joy.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

That is a money making/laundering SCAM.
They have your money for a month, until you recover it (if you can) ,how many thousands of orders????? Money could run into millions!

I have referred to the CC Company and obtained refunds.
Do the same, and WARN OTHERS!!!
Amazon/Smyth or other reputable outlets are ok, but because there is a shortage, Prices are getting silly.
Am going to buy SOMETHING ELSE.

I paid by debit card, would I be able to do a charge back as I'm in the same position?
#19
Don't know if I should be pleased to hear about this. At least I'm not alone. Same here. Ordered almost 6 months ago. Same excuse every time. No stock. Will be restocked soon. Meanwhile the site is offline, Facebook page is gone and their ticket system is out as well.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Ian, I've given up hope to ever see something but I guess it won't hurt to try. Even if it is to just prevent those guys from doing similar things :-)

Thanks!

Hi Jag

You are so welcome, I wish you all the best alternateively depending on how you have paid it may be worth contacting your bank and raising what's known as a debit card/credit card dispute (depending on the type of card that you used) I would advise your bank exactly what has happened and also that feisty pets appears to be a scam and there are numerous forums and comments on social media from discruntled customers.

Your bank should be able to assist if you have no joy by other means.

Hope you get this sorted :-)
