I was reasonably happy with bt infinity 1.. it worked fine... there's good cashbacks and MasterCard credit etc available so maybe sure you take advantage of them to bring the cost down to £12-£14/ month or cheaper

both were good for me but BT was slightly faster/better.

checkout talktalk, they have some good deals currently.

I've recently moved from Virgin to BT and touchwood, everything is fine.
No doubt the cancelling process next year will be a pain in the backside.

PlusNet. Been with them years now.

At least they haven't lost everyone's days like TalkTalk ;) (yet...)

BT, I found it to be faster.

always check your cashback sites, I haven't paid line rental or fiber for years! Bt (more than once) / Sky (more than once) / Orange (once) / Talk talk (never again!!!)

I've had both and found them to be the same.
BT have a lot of wifi spots, so if you travel a lot that could be pretty handy, also they give you BT sports for free.
Sky on the other hand are probably more likely to give you a better deal come renewal time.

Good deals with broadband that turns off every hour and customer service that takes 20 minutes to connect to only to not understand what the customer is saying and assure they are working on the issue when it has already been reported months ago. They suck would rather pay extra for a stable service and good customer service.

I'm just moving from Virgin to Vodafone. They guaranteed me 70 down and 20 (yes 20) up.

I'm just about two switch to bt which is capped at 9.5 upload. May I ask why'd you'd need 20 upload. I'll be playing a lot of online gaming. Do you think I'll have issues because it's capped?
Thanks
