Can anyone give me any ideas. I need to sort out my paperwork and am looking for a two or three drawer chest which I can use to file away all my papers. I don't want suspention files as I find these a real pain.
I want something nice which will fit into my home and not look too officelike. Deep drawer would be good.

Most deep drawers are for suspension files so you might struggle if you want something different. We've been looking for a filing cabinet that looks nice and were quite impressed by some of the new stuff in the latest Argos catalogue (obviously not the greatest of quality but it's not like we need to file every day!!). Also have you looked at the Ikea ranges - lots of different storage solutions.

Why so much paper work?

Think about scanning the paper and recycling it.

In reality there are only a few bits of paper you really need to keep in paper form.

Thank you,
I did look online on Argos but didn't see anything suitable. I'll take another look though.

Great Idea, But I am not that clever with the computer. and am nervous about getting rid of some original docs. never know when they are needed.

I will think about this though, maybe I should take a computer course
