Find an xbox one Manager/Customer service higher up

Anyone know if it is possible, or anyone know a manager in microsofts xbox one department, talked to lots of customer service people who seem to have little idea of how to help my unique situation.

Any help would be appreciated. Want to talk to someone who may be able to actually help

Basics.
My xbox live account was created in the UK (10 years ago)
I bought my Xbox one in the US (Was living there)
I currently live in Asia (Where xbox one is not out)

My xbox one power cord/brick stopped working. Can find no answer as to how to get it replaced, and get them to send it back to indonesia.

Was told Singapore could do it, then singapore later said they wouldn't...not that they couldn't just they wouldn't.
problem is the country i live in is hard to ship from (Thing get stolen alot) so that means postage is very high.

So if i was to ship to the US i would be paying hundreds of dollars.

But if i could ship to anywhere in asia it would be much cheaper.

When mine broke they arranged a delivery service and i didn't pay anything, is it in warranty

Yep, they can. However, not many people stick with it! I have been an Ambassador for nearly 2 years and have helped over 850 customers through official methods. I have also helped people on Twitter and on HUKD.

Have you tried tweeting direct to them? Seems a good way to get attention and get things sorted quickly

No business likes negative stuff out in the public domain

What about finding an Asian friend/family (either in Singapore or US) to call support and arrange delivery of the part to them so that they can then forward the part to you? << just a suggestion

Looks like i can do that, but overall gunna cost me about 80USD :(

Thought Microsoft could do better than that as they are supposedly a worldwide company.

Looked at ps4 quickly and saw that they would be able to fix it in Indonesia.

well it's not is it you return it to the original place you purchased it for a swap out or Micrrosoft directly, I'm also an xbox ambassador not that i needed to be tell you the obvious.

Where the account was created is irrelevant , where you live is irrelevant log into your account change your account details to current address (if you haven't already) register the serial number of the console to your account and initiate a repair

It is more complicated. I can not change to where i live as where i live is not supported by Xbox. No idea why.

of course you can change account details to where you live, you just change the console region if live isn't supported where you are located to either UK, or US etc

I have tried and tried but keep getting no. Even asked tio escalate to a manager and no luck
