First holiday to Majorca

Hi all,

Advice needed please, thinking of going to Majorca in early September (2 adults + child), HB accommodation or above (if price is right). My question is should we book relatively early (now) or leave it until August for September deals (for hotels: Viva Can Picafort or Son Baulo). I had already look at Thomson website and the prices are still quite high for 1st and 2nd week of Sept .

This is our first time to go on a package holiday to Spain and BHX is our preferred airport. Any advice would be much appreciated.

is this in your opinion any good price?[]=BHX&flexibility=true&noOfSeniors=0&when=01-09-2014&units[]=000122:DESTINATION&packageId=001975HSCHMA140952960000014095296000004114141039360000014103936000007423BC175&index=1&multiSelect=true&brandType=T&finPos=1

We are a family of 4 and we always book last minute - well, 6 weeks or less. We went away last week of June there, booked 2.5 days in advance and got a fantastic deal. Same we went 15th April and booked 9 days before we went!

I think £1000+ for 2 adults and 1 child halfboard for the 10 nights still seems quite a lot, but we fly from Glasgow so dont know if there is usually a big difference?
Hi, many thanks for your reply, how much did you pay per person, and which hotel did you go to?
