Flights to Malaysia

Hi Guys.

I am looking to take my wife to Malaysia on a surprise holiday. It has always been her dream destination.

I have searched endlessly and found the cheapest flight on thomascook.com for 505.40 with Emirates. I would prefer to stop off at Hong Kong for a few days but can't find a flight. I want to go for 2-3 weeks from leaving after the 23rd January.

I would like to fly from Manchester preferably, unless there is a big saving flying from Heathrow.

Please can you help!!

Don't know which airport you want to fly from as you didn't mention it, best I have found so far is with Cathay Pacific from London Heathrow to Hong Kong then on to Kuala Lumpur, £568.60 per person including taxes. www.opodo.co.uk. You also get 1.3% cashback with Quidco.

try www.oasishongkong.com they are a budget carrier from gatwick...also BA and Air New Zealand do decent priced flights to HK as its a very competitive route

chinese new year in in early feb so try to avoid traveling around that period as fares will be sky high

might be cheaper flying in to singapore then using a budget carrier to go onto KL such as air asia. Just an option.

Tried all the suggestions above but nothing cheaper. I spoke to dialaflight and they took £5 off the opodo price. Not much but every penny counts.
