I quite rate Flubit... but personally, I don't think it's worth subscribing to. I've seen a lot of people with elite membership say so...

Aren't they doing a 30 day free elite trial at the moment though? I'm sure I saw something somewhere...

I'll have a look, maybe worth checking the trial!
Thanks for the info

I have had a love/hate relationship with Flubit for the last few years. When it works it's great. You get a prompt response, a saving that's actually worth tempting you away from Amazon's peerless customer service. The icing on the cake is a quick turnaround of your order and a timely delivery. You'd think in the 21st century that this shouldn't be beyond their capability but in my experience it is an unfortunately rare occurrence.
So... I'm currently 'out of love' with Flubit. I took out the Elite trial a couple of weeks ago to try it for size. My rationale was that it would be useful to have more sites than just Amazon to quote against and I naturally expected a significantly swifter service that would be reflected in "demands" converted to "offers" in minutes rather than hours. Of the half dozen or so demands I have made as an elite user, half have been rejected as they have been unable to beat the price quoted. Fair enough, but it has taken up to 12 hours on each occasion to inform me of this fact! Another demand I made was for a SanDisk 200gb micro sd card that Amazon were selling in one of their Black Friday deals. To be honest, I expected it to be knocked back straight away but in Flubit's defence they came back with an offer. It was only a 1% saving but even had it been the full 15%, it would have been moot as again it took 12 hours to create the offer and I had already ordered from Amazon.
I appreciate that Black Friday probably created an unprecedented strain on their resources so I have tried to be sympathetic but I can't help but feel that they are distinctly amateurish.
The one order that I did place with them that week was for a pair of Sennheiser ie80 iems, ordered and paid for on the 25th November. I was informed within a few days of my order that I could expect delivery between 2nd-5th December. No problem I thought. My experience with Flubit over the years has taught me that you don't use them if you are in a hurry to receive the item and the monetary saving + potential Quidco cash back made the deal worth taking. Anyway, the 5th came and went. I opened up a support ticket with Flubit on the order, they sent an automated email by return to say they have received my query and will get back to me. They did....over 48hrs later but not with any resolution but a further email saying sorry for the delivery delay, we will look into it! Then 24 hours later I received a revised delivery window which they hoped should be sometime after the 12th December. Needless to say, I've not been impressed and it's about as far from my definition of an elite service as it possibly could be.
Will I use them again in the future? You know, I probably will but I'll certainly be cancelling the elite trial before they want to start charging me for this sub par service. It's a pity that such a potentially great service is let down by ****-poor execution.

I signed up today to elite using FLUBITFRIDAY16 gives a 2 month free trial of the service.

I'll see what it is like over the two months and decide if I keep with it or not.

Just as an update, I received my headphones today (15th December). They were well packaged and the product is excellent but three weeks for delivery, come on Flubit...you can do better.
