Looking to go to france for day via car from dover. Anyone know how much it would cost and if there are any deals around.

Seafrance - 30 quid for day trip. Or SpeedFerries - 19 quid each way.

If you use the seach facility at the top of this page and find Irkapirka's post called France for £1 with Daily Mail, there is a link in that post to a special offer. Sorry, I don't know how to do links. I just tried it and it still works. I got a quote for 2 adults & 2 Children with a car on a Saturday for £25.
