Fuel is the new name for Primus Saver. I've been with them for over three years and have never had any problems.

Okay thanks.

I think you should take your time over this and don't rush into anything because it's Xmas. I think there will be a few good deals coming up in the New Year. Check out these reviews http://www.broadband.co.uk/broadband/providers/fuel/reviews/page:all/.8)

BT are garbage!!
Wish I would of taken the plunge with Primus before getting involved with BT.

Read comment #439 maybe you could use the sim to tether as a temp solution http://www.hotukdeals.com/ask/fuel-broadband-20967048)

Ooh dear, the reviews are putting me off.

Why the rush to move from BT?
If they do purchase EE, you'll be able to take advantage of great value contracts. Similar to those of TalkTalk mobile.

I'm not a broadband customer with Fuel/Primus but I do have my line rental with them. So far no issues. Always remember most people will moan till the cows come home but very few will offer praise.

What I would suggest is to work out what requirements you have in terms of packages you are looking for and base the purchase on that information rather than outright cheapest. Often cheapest cut corners by offering silly download limits or management for certain types of use etc. Are you just looking at broadband or bundling line rental as well?

The rush is because we keep going over our data allowance. Therefore getting a couple of extra bills a month.

Upgrade to unlimited? They are offering it for £13 p/m atm with free BT Sport.

I spoke to them earlier they said it would be £32.00 a month for unlimited/free evening and week end calls and line rental. But others on here have been saying its cheaper else where?

Just tell them that you've found a better price elsewhere and also say that you've seen that BT themselves are offering Unlimited for £13 p/m. They'll likely offer you that price once you've said that. If not, threaten to leave and that should get them offering a good price!

I would expect so. I pay £8 line rental with Fuel and £19.99 with PlusNet for their top tier fiber broadband with unlimited data.
