my sister is looking for a full size laptop for her daughter for xmas, cheapest I can find is a £300 EI Systems from pcworld
she can only afford £250 -£260 at a push
only real requirements are 15"+ screen and wifi, although a built in camera would be a bonus, it's just for school work and internet

any help would be appreciated
thanks

I saw one in morrisons on thursday for £249 so may be worth giving your local one a call.

You might be best going second hand, even if you do find a new one it's likely to be a single core machine with an old hard disk that she'll find frustratingly slow.
