Hello, just got home from Christmas and New Year at the inlaws (yawn)
Whilst away I ordered "The Evil Within Ltd Edition" on the Xbox One from Game.co.uk taking advantage of their £22 offer just before Christmas.
I've arrived home to the delivery from Game to find an invoice for Evil Within but a copy of Wolfenstein Ltd Edition on 360 instead. Bit annoyed as anticipated an evening to myself on my new game. Clearly got to ring game tomorrow to sort it out.
Has anyone had this issue before and was there an easy resolution? Thanks in advance

Yep I've purchased from them in 2013 and the wrong item was sent out, I had to moan for a few days via email then telephone them to get them to provide a courier to pick it as they don't have a freepost address.

if you paid with paypal just open a case. if you didn't just take into your nearest store and they should sort it

If you take it to your local store, with the invoice they should be able to help.

This happening on a small proportion of orders is probably hard to avoid - mistakes just happen from time to time, unfortunately, especially so at peak periods. I'd expect it to be easy to sort out, though, and they'll cover the return postage cost for you.

A PayPal dispute seems an over-reaction here IMO - this is the sort of thing that customer services are there to sort out.

Cheers for the replies. I was concerned that my invoice / delivery note untimately says I've recieved the correct game. Guess I will find out tomorrow when I call or pop into a store

Popped into York store today. Exchanged without any issues. Currently loading onto my hard drive. Cheers again for everyone's replies.
