Is there a number to call the head office at GAME, as I've got some complaints to make and they have no number for their customer service anymore!

These don't do anything. The contact form online i've tried 3 times and the people on the end are wholly incompetent

I recently had an issue (Thursday) and I used the 'Live' chat service - via 'contact us' page. I'm always sceptical of live chats but the guy I spoke to was very efficent. Solved my problem and gave me some free points into the bargain. Therefore, I would at least suggest trying it. Obviously, different people have different CS tactics but I think that Game are trying hard this time because of all the flak they've received in the past. I've done a couple of orders very recently and both arrived the day after I had ordered.

So, for the time being - Game get a thumbs up from me. How long will it last though...

I made an order for 2 PS3's on Thursday, one with express one with standard. Due toa problem with DPD (apparently) they couldn't deliver yday so tried today. The tracking numbe game provided didn't work, and the calling card today was for a different order!

I've been on the online chat 4 times and the best they can do is give me the £4.95 postage back. Instead I think I'll take both consoles back for a full refund as I've been thrown around too many times.

Funnily enough the PS3 through Hermes has turned up just now! Game are an absolute joke, gone completely downhill. Their only upside is preowned consoles.

Sorry to hear of your problems, Taz. It sounds more of a 'delivery' issue though, rather than a supply issue. Have you now got both your consoles?

Ok, PS3 has been opened before, warranty void if I remove the hard drive (!). What a fun game this is

No, just one with free delivery. But they'll both go back as the controller isn't even a real one!

Do you know of a number to call? I'm away tomorrow until Thursday so really needed a working PS3 to get backed up and sorted today!

I must admit, I thought Game were one of those companies who don't openly advertise 'phone' contact. However, a quick visit to "saynoto0870.com" reveals a few numbers. One might be worth a try but I'd be willing to bet you'll get the runaround. Sometimes you just have to grin, bear it and let things run their natural course. Annoying, I know. Good luck, Taz.

GAME customer service are up there with the worst. No F's given.
Calling customer service is useless, however contacting their Twitter is probably more effective, but you will need to msg them a few times before they consider giving you a response.

Believe me, I've tried all of those that are customer service looking. Back on chat, again, I just want to return them and some money back. It's beyond a joke

01256 784000 game customer service.... hummmm on hold now so this deffo is the number to call..... if there any good I will dind out won't jold my breath plus been holding for a while.... I phoned the other number 0208 and I was number 54 in the que wtf :(

IIRC their number won't help you. Also taking things into store they have no idea what they're doing if it was an online order...

I love going into the game stores,all the staff always say hello their very friendly,chatty and very helpful and most of the time they apologise when I haven't been able to do or get something. They have also always helped answer my questions and always got me what I've wanted. Every time i feel pleased I went in there cause of it. I think now I will always be a customer of theirs and I will always buy my games and merchandise from them. It is the best game shop in the UK.

right i am an unsatisfied customer..... i ordered the new blackops back in july time for my son we both sat there and watched the funds leave the account that week, so all was running smoothly we then get nearer to the time its due to be released i then recieve an email from game saying paypal refused payment, so im thinking hold on sure they took it already, i rang paypal the following day who confirmed to me the 69,99 for hardened edition did infact leave my account the week i thought it had, they also stated that game triedto take another 69,99 in august/sept which their wasnt avail funds in acc because i told paypal if they had already taken it then they wasnt authorised to take it again, so now my paypal has been shut down for investigation because it was unauthorised for 2nd payment to be made, anyway because of all that my son is very upset he now doesnt havce the game and im furious because my son feels like that and he was fond of game retailers, but now he losing his confidence in the shop he is disabled and doesnt understand what has happened, i tried online chat for the last week to get sorry we are busy dealing with other customers i was on phone to their customer services in a que for over 2hrs its riddiculous if i dont get hold of them soon i will seek advice on this matter

They're very busy right now - because they screwed up online orders for THREE big exclusives (Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition, Black Ops 3 Juggernog AND Hardened editions, AND Starcraft 2's newest expansion's CE) and they have about 15 CS people.

But yes, the 01256 number, option 1, goes to CS, and is charged as a national call.

ordered xbox 1tb, fallout 4 limited edition, came today, and stuff missing like pipboy fallout 4 edition, also another game that was supposed to come with it, yes tin came unsealed, but no game. trying to get through to customer services is a joke, been on the phone now for 1hour and 15 mins, live chat was 25th in que now 4, which has taken over an hour.
pipboy edition seems to be out of stock on their site, god knows how they fulfill the order now.
a very peeved off customer, and still no further forward.

Game riped me of as i bought a ps4 packadge from harrogate and paid £320 cash for a brand new console.i opened the box when i went home (leeds) and found the console to be covered in dust and the top of the console was discoloured.i took it back to leeds store headrow and the idiots rejected me a refund and only would swap the console but not give me a brand new boxed packadge as i belive the idiots just gave me another preowned console that looked better than the original and told me it was new.they rejected giving me a new boxed one and claimed its companies rules not to.i know this is lies as i took it back within a couple of hours of purchase.they should have offered me a full refund when i asked for one or at least gave me a brand new packade in return for what i purchased from harrogate.they expect me to belive that they sent me a new console in return and with no other choice i had to accept this.game are a awfull company and i would recomend grainger games to anyone
