If you're looking to run games at 3840x2160 then consider spending several hundred more as it's very demanding. Even if you went for the cheapest possible monitor then the mid-range graphics card you'd get in a £750-800 PC would either have to turn some settings down or settle for lower frame rates, which defeats the main point of increasing the resolution in the first place.

You need to increase your budget for 4k gaming including a monitor.

you'd need to make a custom pc to have a chance at that price..

Just go for an enhanced HD res , pc games running at full spec look amazing even at 1080p or larger, as above the monitor itself will cost you a lot, I would rather have the better rig and graphics then possibly upgrade the monitor later if you feel you need to? Just a thought

Look at it this way your monitor costs £300 brand new or £200 on ebay second hand that leaves you with 700 to 800 to buy the rest if you're looking at a machine to play top titles then your budgets gone as the only cards are the 1080 or the titan x pascal

The titan pascal is more than your budget and the 1080 is about 600. At your budget youre looking at 1440p max with a 1060
