Hi - am looking for a couple of specific things!

i) We are putting an edging around our lawn, called Citadel Edging, manufactured by Bradstone. Have run out and looking for a cheap online stockist that do this (B&Q et al don't have the colour we want, which is York Brown) - anyone know of good online stockists of Bradstone???

ii) We have decided to put a decorative stone feature in the garden, a large circle or similar, and want the best price, so if anyone knows of any suppliers, discount codes or offers, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

My son's a garden designer & he always finds that local suppliers offer better prices than the big chains (unless it's one of their loss leaders). Would suggest you look on Bradstone's site to see stockists in your area then use your trusty dog & bone for price comparison. Good luck:thumbsup:

Thanks for the reply - and can I ask you another question?

We are getting a Landscaper in to work on the lawn (returd and do the stone circle feature)! Would your son recommend that we buy it and get the Landscaper to install, or let the Landscaper purchase???

Will have to speak to him on that - hopefully tonight. I know he's fussy about his turf as you can get all different types. Oh, & don't get anyone that doesn't have a landline phone as there are loads of cowboys out there.

Had a word with my son & he said that the best turf is ROLAWN. He doesn't think it's a good idea to get yourself for 2 reasons.

Firstly, if you order & they don't deliver on time you are going to be paying someone for doing nothing (he's also had bad batches of turf, which leaves you with the headache of getting changed).

Secondly, he thinks you'll be hard pushed to find anyone (reputable) that would be interested in doing the job if they weren't doing everything.

Hope this helps:thumbsup:
