Looks nice on my fences,but will just keep trying to trim it.

Bindweed and it spreads like mad, get rid of the flowers NOW. The roots are tiny and awful to get rid of. If you have other plants near it then either spray on a non windy day or mix some vegetable oil (just cheap stuff) with roundup and with a glove wipe the plant stem. This looks a lot so spraying may be the only way. It will come back next year, you have to keep at it.

Yes it is bindweed, I get it in my garden (the neighbours garden has it so grows under/through the fence) it is a nightmare to get rid of and grows so quick, I can pull it all out and within days there is loads again
