Thoughts of what?
Service wouldn't have started for at least a week and they'd be on line training after that.

this offer happened last year as well so people who had it last year could answer.

If that is £9.50 a month including line rental its a cracking offer, mine is £17.30 a month atm including line rental. Best service I can get in my area, BT claim max speed is 8mb on the line, but am on 21mb with sky, best service Ive had here, no drop outs or issues since installing over a year ago.

I've a been a long time sky broadband and now fibre subscriber on sky's LLU and they are second to none.
You can always get through to them on the phone in 1-2 mins tops, UK based tech support, decent login section and ability to keep track of bills, breakdown etc.
The only bad thing is that some of their offers only last 12 months and you have to keep that in mind for when to call them up and ask for the same offer price etc.
Anyway in terms of their actual service, can't beat it. Of course if you gave a crap line then you have a crap line and whoever you are with you won't be happy.
Do a speed check for your number and address before purchase if you have concerns

Ask a friends or neighbours who have sky broadband in the area just to check what speeds they get, and if have had any issues in the past with them. Our lines might be completely different to your own (I am direct to exchange about 1 mile from it) and what we find excellent might be opposite to you, so might be worth doing research first. How did you get offered such a good deal if you dont mind me asking?

yes I took out the mse deal in March had my install about 11th April and have been really happy with them. first 2 days speed and range was rubbish but after that I've had no issues at all. customer service is really good too and they actually listen to your problems if you have any. I'd recommend them from my own experience I'm happy and will be looking to renew with them if they offer me a good deal.
