Hi, I'm hoping someone on here can help me;
I do accept that part of this is my fault, but I'm surprised at the way it has been handled.
I had 2 olly murs tickets for March next year - the family member who was meant to attend has had a bad diagnosis and will not be able to attend, so I listed the tickets on get me in to try and sell them (as ticketmaster states no refunds). I managed to speak to ticketmaster yesterday morning and they were very understanding and refunded the tickets. I then went to remove them from get me in, and the tickets had sold about 10 minutes before me logging in.
I emailed get me in and explained the situation and they have not been helpful at all. Instead they have asked me to source replacements or they will at a charge (which could be 150% of what my tickets sold for). I obviously don't have the money and have enough to deal with without the added stress of this.
Has anyone dealt with get me in before and had a similar situation?
