Hi,

Was wondering what was the best deal on GHD hair straighteners? Not looking for a particular model, but any recommendations would be much appreciated :)

Thanks!:-D

picked up the medium ones for my other half on tesco for £94 something inc delivery and just under 750 clubcard points.

I would recommend that you get the medium sized ones, these are much easier to use. The smallest ones are for very short hair, and i found the bigger ones to be quite clunky and difficult to use.

I agree medium ones are great for anything but really curly hair then i would get the wider plate ones and the mini ones take forever to finish your hair unless its really short.I always said i would not pay the price of GHD's but after having 5 different brands i decided it would be cheaper in the long run and i swear by them now,and swear at them a few times when i burn myself :giggle:

I have had the medium ones now for about 3 years (the same pair) I recommend them to everyone!!!

I also have a 3 inch scar on my hip where i dropped them-but i still love them.

Lol mine went to drop and instead of leaving them to fall i grabbed and ironed my thumb and had to go to hospital as it bubbled up all the way around and it was agony when the skin fell off but at least my ghd's were safe :)

Hi,
I've recently bought some of these for my daughter for xmas.
The best deal i found was on e-bay...i bought the wide ones for £77.99 plus the postage.
Worth a look:)

Yes mine were falling to my wooden floor which was sure to break them so i grabbed them and tried to catch them and they just landed on my hip and burned.

But like you say at least the GHD'S were safe.:giggle:

there is about 10 threads on GHDS but the search facility on here is not that good. I'm always happy to give advice anyway. :)
