Any very recent cheap deals? Looks like Jason Shankey are still the cheapest. Looking for the medium ones.

Yes although they have put their price up since December 10th they are still the cheapest I can see. You also get 5% Quidco cash back with Jason shankey.

Thanks to BB for that one :)

Chris all the on-line retailers put their prices up mid December, and although they have now come down they are no where near the price they were when we started the original thread. All around the £85-£90 mark now!!!!!

Just to let you know chris I had some good news when I sent my straighteners for repair. As I told you they were nearly 4 years old. Jamella told me that it was wear and tear and would cost me £43 to repair.

Anyhow I told them I was unhappy to pay as they were very expensive when I bought them, and I wasn't sure how it could possibly be wear and tear(the cable was causing problems) so as "a gesture of goodwill" they have offered me a full replacement of the mark 3.1b model for the same £43 they wanted for me to repair my old ones.

Needless to say i am very happy at getting new pair with full 12 month warranty and free delivery for £43.00. :):):)

But its tourmaline
#15
ooooooh they look good.....RRP £99.00 as well. not sure what they are though lol

I hope they are as good as GHD'S.
#16
Well, if you can tell me what the plates are on GHDs ill let you know, the GHDs my mum has look the same as those i sent the link to, so it will have the normal average GHD plates.

I wont order until i know what plates to get though, when i get them etc, ill update as to whether there any good, my mum doubts they will be at that price.

Well GHD's are just ceramic.......but toramaline sounds good. Give touramaline a go and if your not sure swap them for ceramic. :)
