Im looking to get my Dad a gift for his 50th birthday. Iv been looking at paintball etc but to be honest he is an adreline junkie and nothing seems to be hitting the spot. Looking to spend around £200 and he lives in central scotland so cant treavel to far. ANY ideas will be appreciated. Doesnt have to be a day out but thats been my line of thinking. Im losing my mind lol!

there's the indoor Ice climbing centre in one of the villages near glencoe/fort william?

buy him a scuba diving course. life at that age is all about experiences. If you can pursuade him that he needs a holiday in egypt, then you can get a PADI open water course that will enable him to dive anywhere in the world
he will love it, or your money back !!

try aquarius divers or emperor divers !!

Does he like a drink? You could probably get a decent enough 50 year old single malt for about that kind of money.

i got my dad a news paper from the day he was born for his 50th he loved it and it was an origional one, also a photo of his grandkids all blown up and touched up x

perhaps consider looking at the alternative days out you can treat him to here? ( I want to do the indoor skydiving!)
