I am looking for a good laptop and internet combined deal at the moment becuase i have just cancelled my interent contract due to it being very poor laptop is getting old so i thought it was time for a change.
I use my laptop for gaming, downloading music, college work and general internet use but becuase its getting a bit old i am looking for a new one which would do i as require it too. But i also want a good internet deal with it which would include unlimited use/downloads, fast internet connection aswell as a good price and a contract length between 12 - 18 months.

Do you want mobile internet (so you can use it almost anywhere) Or do you want a broadband connection for your home?

If its mobile then I could be wrong but I dont think there are any unlimited deals out there

wireless broadband that can be used at home

Probably best to get the laptop seperate, in almost all cases I have looked at it works out cheaper in the long run to get the 'Free' Laptop seperate and a substatially reduced rate on your broad band. Do you have a mobile? some mobile providers (orange/O2 for 2) offer discounted broadband for thier customers. I think O2 are offering 8mb per sec unlimited download for just £7.50 per month

would orange still do that offer for me even though my contact is through Phones4U?

Friend of mine had LOADS of problems with tiscali. It was around their 'Fair Usage' Policy. Apparently they were consitantly using their internet excessivly (even thought they weren't (The lad I know knows a fair bit more than Tiscali about computers). Tiscali Kept reducing their connection speed in response (i think). They also had problems switching to another supplier when they wanted to leave.

But that could have been an isolated case

Yes, they should (if they still do the deal)
