I'm at my wits end with Vodafone. I had to contracts with them (one phone, one iPad) I cancelled the iPad months ago yet time after time it appeared on my bill and I had to call to make them cancel AGAIN. Kept getting told it wasn't put through right last time. Now I've just opened my new bill... it's still there! (Last month they just credited my account with the amount... obviously screwed up the cancellation 4th time in a row!!) i'm
so fed up and angry and I want out! Do I have a leg to stand on cancellation wise?!

Two contracts... not to!

I assume they are 2 separate contracts? Unfortunately I am not sure that failure to adhere to 1 contract voids another if that makes sense, therefore providing they are fulfilling their agreement on the second contract then I don't see how you have grounds to cancel that. I assume that's what you mean anyway...

What is the contract details?

Has it expired, are you cancelling early, was the phone and iPad on a linked contract?

If your contract has expired and is not linked to the phone I see no reason why you couldn't cancel.

Try cancelling your direct debit, Vodafone will contact you soon enough...

Call them and ask to speak to resolutions department, I had a problem a few months ago and kept getting told it was sorted out but in the end resolutions sorted it no problem, they are the best team by far

They are the worst company ever, absolute Muppets, I've had the same promises time after time, nothing done, I've even written to them following there complaints procedure months ago, and still nothing!!! It's unbelievable they can get away with it, or have any customers oO

I've been told to email the CEO. Marked Complaint!..should get things moving.

Personally I feel they are overflowing with wrong billing complaints it's at a stalemate to control.

Good luck

I agree utter s**t company, they lost my phone I ordered and I had to do all the investigation and chasing to prove the phone was lost with their courier!! I would rather nail my testicles to a table then have to deal with the likes of them again.

You're correct they are two separate ones. My iPad one ended and I was happy using as wifi only so just cancelled. My phone runs out in March... so yes I'd be ending early. Unfortunately I think you're right, screwing up one doesn't invalidate the other. You just get so annoyed you want rid! Might try my luck anyway. Away to go home and have a large argument :) someone else suggested I cancel my DD which I may do, because it's showing that the next payment due out is twice what it should be. Grr!

In case anyone can't sleep tonight wondering what happened to that random on Hukd and Vodafone. No cancellation but they reduced my contract from £48 to £18 a month for the remainder of my contract. Not too shabby!
