H&M order question .

My order is not showing in pending or history , does this mean its been sent or cancelled ? I'm not at home to phone them :(

24th of February !! I called them about 2 weeks ago they said I would defiantly be getting the order (_;) I have ordered from them in the past but never had a issue so didn't notice if the order disappeared from the account .

I've been waiting since late Feb also, the due in date keeps changing. got a feeling it will eventually be cancelled too

h&m take forever.

I ordered the 2 dresses for 98p and the 3 leggings for 98p, ordered 31st March and received 6 days later.


Back in November I did order a few things and they came separately over around 5 weeks as they were not in stock but it was always showing as pending and the estimated dates for individual items shown.

Sounds like it was cancelled to me. Was it an order under £5 or £6 as they dont normally deliver although they do let glitches through sometimes!

Well I phoned last night had they said if the warehouse go to pick it and there isn't in stock they cancel the order (_;) I said a email would have been nice and i've been waiting over 8 weeks which is ridiculous . So she offered me a £5 credit on the account .
