Heart Rate Monitor Advice

I'm looking to buy a heart rate monitor (watch and heart strap) and am looking for advice on the following.

Most of my training will be in the gym using the Elliptical/Cross trainer machine and the Concept 2 rowing machine. I will also use the bike and the treadmill but treadmill mostly for incline walking or short runs.

I would like the ability to upload my daily results to the PC so I can keep track of the results over time. I think that's it - Not sure on maximum price but not a great deal over £100 for my first watch/strap combo if possible!

thanks guys.

If you are after a basic HRM check out the ones in the Co-op Pharmacy for £14.99

Or check out some of the ones here:
http://www.sweatband.com/heart-rate-monitors/all-hr-monitors.html
Going from £30 to £300 delivered. A number of these allow results to be downloaded to a PC (starting at £49.99).
There's 5% Quidco for Sweatband.com too :)
