Also as anyone booked through the other sites and what are the downfalls? Would Virgin price match? Or does anybody know of any discount codes available for Virgin? Thanks for your time

There are no problems booking through broker sites like sky scanners they are just like an old fashioned travel agent. Once booked within minutes you will be able to see your booking on the airline website. Just watch out if booking virgin even through their own site as the code share with delta nothing wrong with them just you might not be expecting a delta plane.

How will I know if The flight is a Delta aircraft? If I book through Netflights.com. Also are Delta flights bad?

It should show you when you click into the details, say operated by. You can check here by putting in the flight number, there are other ways but this is probably the easiest.

Everyone has different opinions on different airlines, I travel a lot with work and lucky to fly business which is usually good, same as other airline and staff always polite, friendly and helpful, for personal I fly economy and with Delta that really differs between the plane you are on and staff, if it was a choice I would pick someone else but price always sways it in the end. :)
