Help. Camera for 3 year old daughter

It'll be my daughter's third birthday soon and we'd like to give her a digital camera to play with as she likes that kind of thing.

Anyway! I've done a bit of reading on the fisher price and vtech children's cameras and neither seems that impressive. I'm looking for easy to use, decent lcd screen which can act as a viewfinder, decent printable pics, tough and of course cheap!

All help and advice greatfuly received.

i brought my little one the vtec one, and its really good, they can click away to there hearts content, it holds about 400 pics before you either delete them or put them on the compueter

they can play with different backgrounds add hats and funny noses etc

its a great little camera and is very durable and bounces well !

Not meaning to be difficult lisa-marie but the reviews seem very mixed about the vtech. Some people praise it, others rubbish it. Same with the fisher price. I'll also admit that there seem to be lots of button on it and my daughter's not the type of person to put up with that!
Yanno what?
When I 1st read the headder, I thought wot?
Now after just a little thought I'm thinking "What a good idea".
You never know what may become of it.
I hope you find a suitable one and it opens a lifetime interest for her.
Good luck :-D
I'm currently scanning old glass negatives into my pc from 1926 and earlier.
Many thanks!

I was bumping the thread up to the top again in the hope for some more help!
Ive been looking for the same thing and after ALOT research i think the vtech one is my best bet! Lloyds pharmacy had one over christmas that i was goin to get at just £10 but they have none left.
Gud luck and let me know wot you decide.
