Well i was in holiday in my native country for from 30 June - 16 of July. I fell sick during my holiday n could neither take the fight back nor resume work on the required day (21th of july). As required i have call the Day Duty Manager n inform him about the situation he said its ok he will send the message to my Night Duty Manager,
To my astonishment,on my return,i found two letters sent by the company,one convocation letter dated 21th July 2008 (same date that i need to resume work) for an investigatory meeting to be held on 28th July 2008 and a dismissal letter dated 28th July 2008.(I was back to UK on the 3rd of July 2008)
I'hv contact the Personnel Manager regarding this matter she said that no sick call have been reported on that day, n me as required ,at around 6:15 pm on the 21th July,I'hv call the Duty Manager!!
Btw i have very clean staff record (working since December 2005).
i'hv bring my medical certificate n all.
So guyz help me plz.
Wat do i need to do?
