Probably the Orion, AOC or Elonex....

But if you can stretch your budget I would wait a month or so and see if Empire Direct do their 10% off again. They had the Toshiba 32c3030d for £405...

You can get the Mirai for £299 or £349 with Freeview box and tv stand
http://www.directtvs.co.uk/Mirai_DTL-632V200_32_Inch_LCD_TV_With_Stand_And_Freeview_Box_BUN%2FDTL-632V200%2F630/version.asp

You can get the Orion from Tesco for £350
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.202-8663.aspx
don't forget Quidco 5% Quidco
Or you could try Currys and use some of the discount codes posted today.

The AOC is about £324
http://www.microdirect.co.uk/productinfo.aspx?ProductID=16686

The Elonex is about £370 from Asda
http://www.asda-electricals.co.uk/shop/product/elonex/lnx32f.html?&ird=1419
Although if you're going for the elonex you can get the 37" for £399 from Ebuyer
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=128562&_LOC=UK

I'd advise you to search the LCD threads on the avforum to get some reviews. You could go for a Hannspree but there seems to be more negative comments about those but that may be just down to the fact more people have bought it.

And there are a couple of LG ones from Empire Direct for £399
