check your bins. sometimes they leave it there or behind the bins.

Some people use third party sites for buying couriers, does your tracking number start P2G? if its does try support on parcel2go.com. As shabbird said check all areas parcel could be left, or check with neighbours. Normally they will leave a note through letter box if left somewhere.

Happened to us the other week - was it JD Sports? Turned up on the next working day

Likely that it either hasn't been delivered and the courier mistakenly marked it or it could have been delivered to completely another address.

Best way to resolve is to give myHermes a call, they are quick to resolve as they directly call the driver who will explain.

If you have no luck with myHermes Contact Superdry through eBay explaining the problem like the tracking number doesn't exist. If you have no reply after 48 hours open a case against them. Superdry eBay store does have a contact number so it's worth giving that a go as well. Good luck

If there isn't a signature, or proof of delivery (not just the drivers word it was delivered) you should win any eBay/PayPal dispute.

If the number will not track and you had no card posted. how were you informed it was delivered?

the tracking on the website. the tracking number wouldn't let me send a support ticket through myhermes but the tracking worked for Hermes europe

Boyf had an item marked as "delivered" on the HermesWorld order tracker (after saying "Out For Delivery" for nearly a week!) which didn't turn up - no card, nothing with neighbours or in bins.

As it was via Amazon, Hermes wouldn't discuss it. Was really annoying as not only did boyf have no idea what day to wait in for the parcel, but it went AWOL as well.

Nearly two weeks later, the Hermes guy handed boyf his parcel, when he spotted him walking down the street.

I also think Hermes (in rural areas) mark items as Out For Delivery or Resident Not At Home when they don't have enough time, or inclination, to visit that area. They seem much more reliable in the city (I'm in Glasgow).

Ebay/Paypal don't need a signature, just online proof of delivery (POD). OP get onto Superdry and tell them there isn't a card and there is no indication where the 'secure location' is.

Hermes are atrocious. If I buy something online & then get notification that Hermes are to deliver it I cancel order forthwith & tell company to cancel my account as I refuse to deal with any organisation that feels Hermes is a suitable delivery partner. I tell them quite openly that this shows contempt for their customer base. Hermes sucks; end of.

I feel like some couriers scan the whole lot before they start (as delivered or left in a safe place) and then if they can't actually deliver one of them then it has to wait for the next day. It's happened to me a few times - I get a notification from Amazon or wherever that my package has been delivered; 2 hours later someone knocks on the door. I can only imagine that they're all being scanned when they get loaded onto the truck, rather than when an actual delivery attempt is made.

Wrong, this happened to me, my wife was in all day no card through the letterbox. I contacted the buyer and asked when it would be delivered, they said it was 3 days ago in a safe location. I checked all over nothing so I opened a case and lost as a safe location is good enough for eBay.

Next stop raise the issue with your bank.

It was only £11 and after eBay kept telling me thst they would rule in my favour then sending me email to the contrary I had just had enough and never thought of the bank.
It happened about 6 months ago and my negative feedback got deleted as well so do not mention but delivered or your feedback will get deleted as well.
