The Haswell will be only be faster by a few seconds, u could of just overclocked the Ivybridge and saved yourself money.

Anyways, just buy any of the Z97 motherboard, Asus or gigabyte. I bought the Asus Z97 for £90 for a icore 5 Haswell system, easy to overclock the CPU.

What CPU fan will you using?

Any Z87 board works as well, but future proof i guess Z97 best way to go.

Seems odd to buy an i7-4770K now, especially as an upgrade from the 3770K and for someone who's not a keen overclocker. The 4790K is a much better bet.
