Me and the hubby are taking our 15 month old daughter to Polperro in Cornwall..which i understand is near Looe...for a week from the 4th of May. Im looking for places to take her. Can anyone suggest places near by or within an hours drive. Also if anyone has any discount vouchers or links to them..that would be great. Its her first holiday and the hubby doesnt want to take her abroad yet..and i want it to be full of fun. Thanks guys rep to helpers.

I always find the local Tourist Information Centres really helpful:

Q. Is there anywhere I can go to find out more when I arrive in South East Cornwall?

A. There is a tourism information centre in Looe (telephone 01503 262072) and another in Liskeard (01579 349148), both with seasonal opening times. There is also an information point at Kernow Mill, at the Trerulefoot roundabout on the A38. You can also contact the Tourism department of Caradon District Council, based in Liskeard, on 01579 341032.

My sister lives in Looe, its gorgeous there, Polperro happens to be one of my favorite places ive ever been to , such a tiny tiny! little place (half hour to an hours walk over the downs to West Looe) 5-10 mins by car.

The beach in Looe is extremely clean but does become packed during summer months.

You'll have a wonderful time there!

I can see my sisters house in the third photo on right of this page :)

Oh and finally parking! Everywhere is pay & display and the car parks get very full on sunny days

If you get time visit Flambards! Brilliant place for families

Edit again : Almost forgot this one ..
