a no to the risco from me, many installers not happy with them it seems

for that you will need data.
try Yale , think it's around £299 plus it rings you when the alarm goes off, for that you also need a phone socket

Yale is over priced one way alarm crap.
Of course need data to access app, or WiFi... Who doesn't have either these days.?
The above alarms I've mentioned are two way technology, rolling encryption, and you can have line dial out too cheaper with out app access if needed, with choice of landline or mobile gsm.
If they cut your landline then voice only plan Dialler is no good by itself either.

Fitted loads of agilitys, only had a couple of issues, app is one of the best imo.

Used to fit enforcers, great little panels, we stopped using them before the home control panel came out.
