Home Information Pack (HIP) - Whos the Cheapest?

We're just about ready to put the house for sale and we understand that a Home Information Pack is required before the house can go on the market.

The question is simple, Whos the Cheapest?

Ive had a few online quotes for my property on websites quoting around £95+vat but when the actual quote comes through its about £220.
Some companys are selling around £300 to £400.??

The thing is, my house is well below the average property price so does anybody actually get them for the £110 mark?

Looking forward to your replys! :)

some estate agents will provide u with a free hip if u take the legal services. also some dont require u to pay there and then for the report, but you do end up paying an extra £50 on top.

We used www.hips4u.com who worked out to about £180 inluding vat. I'd go with the cheapest you can find as hips are a complete waste if time and money - buyers still have to fork out for searches anyway.
