Start at quidco, go through comparison sights then look at each quote provider and see if they have quidco discount also.

check with direct line i got mine for cheap compared to the comparison sites

Use compare site but you can also call your current supplier they will give you it cheaper. I phoned mine up last time as premium had gone up from the previous year and comparison sites were the same as quote.

Esure renewal was £200, Axa was £158, with further quidco of £32 if it comes through.
Get a starting point on comparison sites but do the final purchase direct via a cashback site (shouldn't be more than few pounds different to quote)

Ok thanks... also is there away i can find out when house was built ?

If you rent, you shouldn't need when the house was built, this is normally only when you are buying buildings insurance too. Try Hastings direct, they have very competitive rates for just contents insurance if you haven't claimed within so many years... or sometimes a local Swinton Insurers may just surprise you

best try comparison sites but use http://www.comparethemarket.com/meerkat/movies/ if you go to the cinema and you will get the 2 for 1 offer

Try Asda or Tesco - Tesco were the best deal when we renewed recently.
