Hosting + Domain Registration

I need a new website for my business.
Will just be a corporate site, not too big, info about us and the services we provide etc

Will need domain based email though for business and professionalism.

I need a new domain and hosting.
Ideally I can get the domain separately, this gives me more control over the hosting, ie if I am unhappy with the level of hosting I can just walk away.

I want reliable and fast hosting, but I don't want to overpay for stuff.

Any advice and recommendation. All help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Try them - cheap as any (£9.00 per year) and great customer service too, i have 6 websites with them and found them thus far faultless

I like one but i have a few questions, maybe you could help me

- i want to use multiple domains to one website ie website.com, website.co.uk, website.net etc do they allow this?

- how is renewal, are they giving me a discounted price now only to charge me triple next year?

- also if i set up a website and get a doman through them, can i transfer this domain to another host if for some reason i don't want to carry on with One?

Also i'd really appreciate it if someone with experience could check out one's website hosting plans here
http://www.one.com/en/web-hosting
and tell me if there are any pitfalls?

I also noticed UK2 do what seems like a good hosting plan http://www.uk2.net/web-hosting/ with their business plan, also seemingly free for 12 months, any advice on them?

I'm on Heartinternet and very happy with it: http://www.heartinternet.co.uk/ .

For me, it's approx £55 for a year's hosting and .com registration.

uk2 are offering 3 Domain names and a business level hosting for a month, but i'm not sure of their quality

EDIT nvm mind they want u to pay 187 for 12 months to get 12 months free, but that was the business tariff

you cant self-promote mate ... rules on here are rules .. :p (not having a go, just saying)

4site - there will be plenty of people along in a while with some advise, some good, some bad, some indifferent, telling you alsorts. Now, I have been with my current (and only host) for 4 years now, and have hosting space and domains with them. No trouble whatsoever. Others will say having your domain and hosting seperate is an advantage, - that my friend is upto you

Hi There,
If you pm me with some details on what kind of things you're looking for/questions you have I will be able to help.

In terms of supplier recommendations, I won't provide you a company name, but will give you pointers on what to look for.
