Is a range of Parisien hotels, I've stayed in the hotel on Pigalle. It's the cheapest of the lot and whilst located very close to Montmartre, Moulin Rouge and Pigalle Metro station it is also located between a sex shop and strip club. Not very good when you have two children in tow! A classic case of not checking it out before you book.
The hotel near Eiffel Tower costs between 90 and 150 Euros a night depending on dates and room, I can't find much availability for the weekends. Although you haven't specified dates, later in the year looks better.
The other hotels are fairly tidy but only 2*, I think you may struggle to find a 3/4* hotel in Paris for that kind of money.
Have a look at www.accomline.com for hotels in Paris
Another option is to look further afield try http://www.hotel-bb.com/detailhotels.phtml?hotelid=4301 is a B& B motel in Malakoff, it is about a 5 minute walk from Malakoff station which offers direct links into Paris. These motels offer basic accomodation for about 65 Euros a night, although there is no restaurant they are usually located close by.
